Guyana dollars. Government fees are separate and paid at cost — we tell you the government's number before we tell you ours, and you keep the receipt. We never add anything on top of a government fee. The 15% household discount applies to the registration and document work only, not to travel or check-in visits — those are charged per trip, because that is what they are.

What we will never tell you. We are not a government office, and we are not a substitute for a lawyer or an accountant. We cannot influence, speed up or guarantee any government decision, and nobody using our name is permitted to suggest otherwise. What we can promise is that the running gets done, properly, and that you are told the truth about where your file stands.

If you are in New York, Toronto, London or anywhere else and something needs doing in Georgetown, you already know the two hard parts: finding somebody reliable, and knowing what is actually happening once you have.
We handle the running on this end and report back with what we were actually told — not what you were hoping to hear. Where a matter needs signing authority or legal work, we say so plainly and point you to a professional rather than pretending we can do it ourselves.

Questions people actually ask.
Do I pay you before or after?
You agree the price before any work begins, and you get it written on a fee sheet that we read aloud to you. Payment terms are set out there. What never happens is money changing hands without a numbered receipt in your hand first.
What if two families at the same address both need help?
The second household gets 15% off the registration and document fee, because we are already there and the paperwork run is shared. Check-in visits are charged per visit as normal — each one is a separate trip to a separate office, and that cost does not halve just because two families are involved.
Can you make the government approve my application?
No. Nobody can, and anybody who tells you otherwise is either lying or about to ask you for money to pay somebody off. We prepare your file properly, lodge it, and keep it current. The decision belongs to the agency.
Why do I have to keep going back to the office?
Because agencies note in your file how long it has been since your last contact, and a file with no recent contact can lose its place. Those visits are not us inventing work — they are trips you would otherwise be making yourself. We just make them cheaper than a lost day's pay.
I don't have a birth certificate. Can you still help?
Often, yes — but it becomes the first job rather than a later one. Without a birth certificate there is usually no ID and no passport, and without those most agencies cannot begin. We will tell you honestly at the first conversation whether that road is short or long for you.
I can't read very well. Is that a problem?
Not with us. We read every fee sheet out loud to every client — not just to some — and we do not ask you to sign anything that has not been read to you first. Nobody is singled out and nobody is embarrassed.
Do you come to me, or do I come to you?
We come to you, anywhere in Georgetown, East Bank, East Coast or West Demerara. That is the entire point of the service.
How long does it take?
It depends on the agency and on your documents, and anyone who quotes you a firm date before seeing your papers is guessing. What we will give you is an honest range and a report after every single visit, so you are never left wondering.
