What you are trying to do

Which documents you already hold
Birth certificate, national ID, passport, driver's licence, TIN — whichever of these you have. Say plainly if you have none; that is common and it is workable.
Where you live
So we know whether you are in our area and how far the agent travels.
Whether anything is already filed
If you or somebody else has already lodged something, tell us when and where. It changes what we do first.
Any deadline
A job, a school registration, a court date, a flight. If something depends on this, say so up front.
Who else is at the address
A second household at the same address gets 15% off the registration and document fee, because the paperwork run is shared.
Checking an agent at your door.
Call +592 503-8666 while the agent is still standing in front of you. Read us the number on their identification card. We will confirm on the spot whether that person works for us and whether they are meant to be at your address today. We would far rather take that call than read about it later.
If someone using our name cannot show you both a numbered photo identification card and a numbered receipt book — hand over nothing. No document, no money, no signature. Then call us.
